Several members have asked what are the procedures for booking a court and others have complained about "no-shows" when courts are fully booked. Read on if you want to find out more.

• Currently, courts can only be booked by coming to the club and filling in the sheet at the clubhouse door.
• Members can book courts a week or more in advance (if sheets are up).
• Courts may only be booked for 1.5 hours using the specified booking slots.
• If you are unable to use a booked court please take your name off it. This is particularly important on Wednesday nights and Saturday/Sunday mornings. Please report ‘NO SHOWS’ for booked courts to the Club Administrator either by email to secretary@glenagearyltc.ie, or call 2808565 or text 087-1325269. THOSE OFFENDING WILL BE BARRED FROM BOOKING COURTS FOR A ONE MONTH PERIOD.
• If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your court may be forfeited to a waiting group.
• League matches take precedence over social tennis.
• The committee endeavours to ensure equal access to the courts; however, during leagues there may be occasions when players will be asked to vacate a court for a league match. The committee appreciates that this is not ideal and it is only done if there is no other option.
