IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE CHANGES TO JUNIOR COACHING AT GLENAGEARY L.T.C.

THE ORGANIZATION OF COACHING AT GLTC HAS CHANGED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY OF THE OLD CLASS DAYS AND TIMES HAVE CHANGED.  YOUR PREVIOUS TIME MIGHT NO LONGER BE EITHER AVAILABLE OR APPROPRIATE.

Paul has assessed most of the children in the club and allocated them a colour and a level.  You will need to know your child’s ‘colour and level’ to register for this term’s coaching. 

Colours……. relate to age groups and can be seen from the class roster on the  Club Notice Boards. 

Levels…….   are skills - bronze/silver/gold - and these listings can be seen on the window of the upstairs office from Wednesday 31st August.

When you know your child’s ‘colour’ and ‘level’ you can then check the class roster to see what days and times are suitable for your child.

You will then need to attend REGISTRATION :  WEDNESDAY 7th SEPTEMBER from 7 – 9pm in order to book your child’s place and to pay for your classes.

Due to the new format, simply dropping your registration form into the post box may cause difficulties, in that a class may be full,  it is much easier for you to ‘understand’ the new system and the coaching administrators to ‘run it’ if you attend in person.  You will also be asked to volunteer for at least one parental supervision session a term. This can be done on September 7th.

PLEASE NOTE:  No child will be allocated a coaching place until the fees have been paid.  We would ask you not to send your child to a class if you have not paid fees as they may be asked to wait out the class.
